RFQ Link does not act as the buyer, contractor, project owner, or procurement authority unless explicitly stated.
Access to RFQ Link services may require a paid subscription depending on the selected access package.
Subscriptions are fixed-term and users are responsible for manually renewing access once their subscription period expires.
RFQ Link does not automatically debit customer bank accounts after subscription expiry.
Users may not:
RFQ Link sources procurement information from private-sector channels, public sources, supplier networks, and business partners.
While RFQ Link aims to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee:
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in any procurement or subcontracting process.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
RFQ Link does not store full payment card or banking details on its servers.
Due to the digital nature of RFQ Link services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where:
Users may cancel future renewals at any time by discontinuing subscription payments.
